ATTORNEY

Stephanie Davis is a native of Wake County, North Carolina.  She received her bachelor degree in Business from Campbell University.  She graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law. Before entering into private practice she was a prosecutor in Wake County for six years.  During her career as a prosecutor she worked in all areas of the District Attorney's office.  She began in district court handling all types of traffic offenses and DWI's.  She handled domestic violence cases, and worked in  juvenile court.  She prosecuted all level of felonies in superior court, and was one of three prosecutors that worked in the dangerous offenders task force unit. 

Mrs. Davis uses her experience as a litigator to provide legal representation to clients that have been accused of misdemeanor or felony offenses. She expertly manages criminal cases while crafting customized trial strategies and conducting in-depth analysis of legal precedent.  She uses the same approach to represents clients' interest in custody, divorce, separation, and child support litigation.
